LIGHTING
This photo is taken by Jim Zuckerman. Because the sun is so bright you can only see the out line of the elephant. Shooting into the sun creates a silhouette and this is called contra jouer.This is an example of natural lighting. The sunset is orange and yellow which makes you feel calm. The sun is in the centre of the page and is the second thing that you look at. The first thing you are drawn to is the Elephant and its reflection in the water. This is a very good example of lighting.
It is a very good example of the use of lighting. It also feels very natural - as if the elephant is on an african plane, rather than in a zoo.
